It is important to begin yoga with a bit of meditation.
Sitting properly also helps.
Find yourself a spot with enough room to stretch out.
Stretching the back is a good way to begin.
Repeat this step as often as necessary.
Yoga mats are not required, but do come in handy.
If you are bored with normal stretching, find yourself a partner.
Or a new location.
Stairs are a useful tool.
Lying on your back is a good way to relieve tension.
Stretch your legs into the air.
Now your arms.
Rolling is also great exercise.
This move is called the "Wig in a Blanket".
Feel free to wipe your sweat with the blanket when finished.
This move is not for amateurs.
Thank you for attending the Wiggley School for Yoga.
This is so cute!!! My Molly-girl does the same routine!
