Alabama Street Corn

Most everyone has heard of Mexican Street Corn, but I made a much more simpler version, with ingredients I can pronounce. Then I named it Alabama. Creative huh?
Cooked corn (I cook mine in the oven in the shucks, 30 min @ 350)
Sour Cream
Parmesan Cheese
Seasoning of your choice (I used Lawry's seasoned salt)
Cook corn, add butter, slather with sour cream, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, add seasoning. Enjoy!
